If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund. For items that have been modified (including custom sizing) a restocking fee may be applied to offset time and material costs expended on the modification. 

Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us in advance to discuss return shipping. 

Custom order refunds and exchanges

Refunds and exchanges will not be given for custom orders after the work has started. Material charges for gemstones and precious metals may be made on a case by case basis. If materials are provided from our stock a partial refund may be assessed based on the value of the gemstones and precious metals at the time of purchase. 

In the event of purchase of materials specific to projects. 

Gemstone sourcing: If gemstones are sourced specific projects once the deposit is made no refund can be given. However the gemstones are the property of the customer. If customers would like to cancel projects, materials purchased for the project including but not limited to precious metals and valuable gemstones can be taken in their raw form by the customer.
